This animation shows how PharmaSafe SBV technology can be integrated in to typical Milling and process offload steps with IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Container). A combination of manual and automated valves and docking devices for repeatable alignment are shown where it is necessary or beneficial due to accessibility or process scale. Dedicated Wash In Place devices demonstrate how a mill can be washed inline at the end of the batch/campaign to remove gross contamination prior to further validated cleaning offline.
