CAI helped Pfizer (formerly Seagen) in Bothell, Washington, successfully onboard assets into their Maximo EAM system. This critical project created a digital twin of eight buildings (750,000 sq ft) using advanced reality capture technology. CAI developed comprehensive asset master data, maintenance and calibration plans, and a new spare parts strategy. Completed under budget and ahead of schedule, the resulting digital twin is now used daily by Pfizer for facilities planning and management, saving them approximately 3,000 hours annually.

Key aspects of the project included:

  • Reality capture modeling for digital twin creation
  • Asset master data development and verification
  • Maintenance and calibration plan implementation within Maximo EAM
  • Integration of AI and OCR technologies for asset data capture
  • Spare parts stocking strategy development
  • Digital transformation of facilities management
  • Time and cost savings through innovative technology
