Atec Stopper Processing Systems for sterile filling lines. The stoppers are maintained in a process vessel through the complete process with stopper loading, stopper processing and stopper transfer. The stopper processing system features: variable process volume, high drying efficiency, effective endotoxin and particle reduction, and process security through the vessel tracking system.

The Atec laboratory stopper and cap processing system is used for the preparation of stoppers and caps for aseptic filling. This Atec system has the capabilities of washing, siliconizing, sterilizing, drying, and cooling of stoppers and caps.

The Atec clean room lifts are designed for handling operations in a clean room. Applications for the lifts are: stopper and powder filling for sterile filling, API transfer for formulation, container and drum positioning, and bag postitioning.

The Atec stopper and cap bag filling systems are used for sterile transfer of pharmaceutical closures into bags. Stopper and cap bagging systems are available through the Stedim Biosteam ports or the Atec automated bag filling systems.The Stedim Biosteam port allows a direct transfer of stoppers or caps from the Atec process vessel into bags. For the transfer of stoppers or caps into bags, Atec developped an automated bag filling system. The bags are held with vacuum at the equipment. Stoppers or caps are dosed with a vibrational chute into the bags.

Founded in 1996 with the cooperation of Steritec, Atec Pharmatechnik has a modern production facility in Soerup, Germany, employing 80 people. In-house engineering, design, automation, manufacturing, assembly and FAT with clean media supply are included at this location.
