Automated Parenteral Sampling System

Particle Measuring Systems' Automated Parenteral Sampling System, APSS-200, is used to size and count suspended particulate matter in liquids. This system is ideal for applications where precise small volume sampling is needed. The APSS-200 system consists of a syringe sampler, a particle monitor and an information display systems. The system is capable of sampling volumes from 1 milliliter to 1 liter and supports a variety of syringe sizes. To calibrate the instrument, thresholds of 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30ìm are used to establish the individual channels of the sensor, which range from 2-125 microns. The APSS-200 parenteral system meets the current USP XXIII requirements and offers the flexibility to accommodate future regulatory changes.
