The DISI fully automated recoding disintegration tester represents new innovative technology that can save you thousands of man hours offering an impressive return on investment. The DISI measures and records the disintegration curve and end time for each tube in the basket with every upstroke.
Details
The old standard disintegration tester has been obsoleted by the DISI's capability to record and plot the
disintegration curve and end time on an individual tablet basis. The DISI begins collecting and storing data with the first upstroke of the basket and continues acquisition throughout the disintegration process. When the content of the last tube in a basket has been disintegrated the basket will rise out of the beaker and automatically turn off. All baskets operate independently from one another allowing multiple products or batches to be tested simultaneously. Especially suited for the solid dose R&D environment and quality control applications where precise measurements of disintegration characteristics are paramount. The DISI is available in 1, 2, 3, and 4 basket models.
System operation through Windows PC software PH21 using Windows NT/2000/XP is highly recommended. PH21 software features include:
