The MB421 automatic blister thermoformer produced by Marchesini Group is based on a new control logic with many safety devices and new guards, allowing maximum transparency for inspection and cleaning.

Main characteristics:

• The Galenic section, completely separated from other sections, can be fed with filtered and treated air (optional).
• Pre-feeder unit integrated in the machine structure and fully covered version (optionals).
• Balcony type structure conforms to GMP standards for self cleaning of the working area.The vertical stainless steel plate separates the mechanical zone from the working zone.
• Siemens display unit suitable for machine management and operator interface.
• Totally segregated sealing, perforating, coding and cutting section. All stations are balcony style, to facilitate self cleaning of working residues from the units.
• The reels compartment house is located at the back of the machine, at a suitable height to facilitate loading operations.
• Quick and easy film splicing by means of working bench equipped with cutting groove.
• Pre-heating/forming station set with heating plate opening for film protection during machine stop.Size changeover without tool.
• Dedicated loader for: tablets, capsules, oblongs. Size changeover without tools.
• Products control by means of camera system (optional).
• Sealing operation in horizontal and with a continuous movement.The sealing station carriage follows the movement of the film.
