Even maintaining the philosophy of separate machines, the new blister line is adopting a positive, robotized connection system. The new MB460 blister machine at a glance. All traditional advantages of Marchesini Group blister thermoformers have been maintained (forming and lid reels located on the back machine side, forming group vertically positioned, horizontal continuous motion sealing group), but this machine is completely new from a techinical point of view.

• Every single group is driven by its dedicated brushless motor;
• Magnetic tensioning system for the web by means of loop control;
• Automatic loop control;
• Product loading system totally enclosed and completely detachable with dedicated trolley. This concept allows machine cleaning procedures and size change to be made out of line;
• Horizontal continuous motion sealing group; film pulling by cooling continuous motion group;
• Perforation, coding and cutting stations vertically positioned;
• Pitch Self centering system while cutting;
• Blister extraction by suction cups fitted on a rotating wheel;
• Dedicated rejects for empty non complete and good blisters.
