Azurel Signs Agreement With Utopia

Azurel Ltd. received a services agreement with Utopia Cosmeceuticals for the formation of a new cosmeceuticals division within its Private Label Cosmetics subsidiary.

Utopia was founded by Gene Beilis, director of operations for Utopia, who will join Private Label Cosmetics as head of the new cosmeceuticals division. Cosmecueticals are defined as cosmetic products that serve therapeutic functions and are incorporated into pharmaceutical technologies.

"By utilizing our technologies we are able to develop products with multi-functional properties never before seen in the cosmetics. This division will focus on the spa and dermatological markets, creating whole new categories in the following: Revolutionary Sea Salt products, Anti-cellulite, Acne, Anti-Aging products, Scar management, OTC products and Anti-microbial products," said Gerard Semhon, chairman and CEO of Azurel.

Azurel Ltd. is a cosmetic, skin care product and fragrance company that offers clients a range of services, from concept, product development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution both domestically and internationally.
