BF/RASR Pharmaceutical IV Bags Forming & Filling

BF FORMING MACHINE

The BF machines are designed for the sterile forming of IV bags of various capacities and materials, meeting the current pharmaceutical industry requirements. The standard machine is composed of the following modules:

• Film unwinding
• Film transfer
• Tube reel magazine
• Tube feeding and cutting
• Tube insertion and bag molding
• Bag cutting and discharge

The design of the machine allows the integration of optional modules depending on bags required design.

RASR FILLING MACHINE

The RASR machines are designed to process preformed IV bags of various capacities and materials (PVC, PE, PP), meeting the current pharmaceutical industry requirements.

In the standard machine configuration, the bags are manually fed by the operator and then automatically handled by the machine to the different processing groups:

• Filling group
• Closing group

The machines can be equipped with open/closed RABS (restricted area barrier system), or conventional laminar flow hood.
