Biological Indicators - Apex Discs

Apex Biological Indicators consist of stainless-steel carriers inoculated with a monolayer of sterilization resistant spores. Discs are packaged in a Tyvek^® envelope to protect from post process contamination. The envelope has a small hole to facilitate hanging and a thumb notch for peeling.

Apex Biological Indicator products are designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries utilizing hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilization.

Apex biological indicator discs are individually packaged in a medical grade Tyvek^® envelope which is permeable to H₂O₂ vapor. These envelopes are placed in clear, plastic bags and sold in increments of 100.
