Top Line BioPharm products are designed and built to meet the most stringent requirements of ultra-pure processing, including the ASME BPE 2002 specifications for dimension, surface finish and tolerance. These pumps, valves, fittings and other components are ideal for pharmaceutical, biotechnological and other ultra-pure industries. Available in sizes from 1/2" to 6", BioPharm components feature:
- Type 316L stainless steel
- Clamp or weld end connections
- Pin stamping of heat numbers and stainless steel grades
- High quality electropolishing or other finishes to suit your needs
Every Biopharm product is subjected to rigorous quality control inspections, then capped and shrink-wrapped to ensure safe storage and shipping.
SQ Rotary Lobe Pump
Top Line's SQ pumps are ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) or sterilize-in-place (SIP) systems. Easy to maintain and service, these self-draining pumps meet the stringent European Hygienic Equipment Design Group (EHEDG) standards and feature:
- Front-loading single or double seals
- External rotor fixing
- Sterile barriers
Diaphragm Valves
We stock a wide selection of hygienic diaphragm valves with forged or cast bodies and manual or air actuation. Top Line's Bio-Pro™ Forged Valves are the ideal choice for many ultra-pure applications in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries. We also offer a patented Divert Valve and five different styles of Zero DL™ Valves that are perfect for high-purity systems where the risk of contamination from "deadleg" areas must be eliminated.
Ball Valves
Top-Flo® Ball Valves are USDA approved and constructed from 316L stainless steel, making them ideal for precise flow control in most ultra-pure environments. Easy to install and service, our ball valves feature Teflon seals, seats and stem packing. Locking handle provides an infinite range of closure positions.
Sample Valves
Constructed from high quality stainless steel and carefully designed to avoid contamination and deadleg areas, our Sample Valves are the perfect sampling port for bio-pharmaceutical systems. Stocked in sizes from 1/2" to 1-1/2".
BPE Fittings
If your ultra-pure application calls for the finest surface finishes plus precise dimensional accuracy, look to Top Line's Biopharm fittings. These long tangent fittings meet ASME BPE 1997 dimensional specifications, making them ideal for today's automatic welding equipment, and they are available in surface finishes to suit any ultra-pure requirements.
Instrument Tees
Top Line instrument tees are specially designed to meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. This tee is unique because the diameter of the outlet branch is larger than the run, making it impossible to use conventional manufacturing methods. Instrument Tees feature:

- Completely drainable (no deadleg)

Electropolished Tubing
Top Line Electropolished Tubing features a 10 RA surface finish that is suitable for the most sensitive pharmaceutical or biotechnological applications. Stocked in 316L stainless steel with other grades available, this tubing meets ASTM A450 standards.
Electropolishing Service
Our proprietary electropolishing process puts the finest possible finish on stainless steel parts to increase corrosion resistance, remove contaminants and maximize passivation. With the capability to deliver surface smoothness of 5 RA or better, our in-house electropolishing facility can finish components for any ultra-pure system. We offer complete service - precision pre-cleaning, final high-purity cleaning and post-electropolishing protection – on our own products or customer-supplied parts.
