Biovail's Steinbach Manufacturing Facility Receives Prestigious Manitoba Business Award

Biovail Corporation recently announced that the Company's manufacturing facility in Steinbach, Manitoba, has been named the province's Outstanding Large Business in the 2007 Manitoba Business Awards competition, presented by the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce.

Biovail received the honor at a gala in Winnipeg.

"Biovail's manufacturing facility in Steinbach produces many of Biovail's leading branded pharmaceutical products, including Wellbutrin XL, Ultram ER, Cardizem LA and Tiazac XC; as such, it plays a critically important role in Company operations," says Biovail Chief Executive Officer Dr. Douglas Squires.
