R550 TTS Manual Blister Machine

The R550 TTS (Transdermal Therapeutic System) provides an ideal platform for processing plaster additives. The simple yet rapid tool change function with automatic program selection enables the quick and easy manufacture of samples. The same machine can also be used to produce high quality blister packagaing from flexible foils.

All tools are plug-in with all utilities automatically connect by the docking stations, which provide for a fast and easy tool exchange. All standard size patches (also blisters & sachets) can be produced manually due to the large available forming area 184x119 mm.

All process dependent parameters, force, temperature and time are set up on the HMI touch-screen panel, which provides the operator witha fast and efficient packaging development tool, with results compatible with production machines.
