Blow-Fill-Seal bottelpack® Type 324

In order to meet the different customers' requirements, rommelag® has developed an extensive bottelpack® machine program for bottle and ampoule manufacturing including machines with one mould, two moulds, and 15 rotary moulds. Machine output is determined by shape and weight of the container, characteristics of fill product, and plastic material.

BottlePack® 324 Features

• bottelpackR installation with one mould for the production of single containers in PE, PP or other resins.
• Compressed air: piston displacement approx. 500 sl/min in oil-free quality operation pressure 8 bar minimum
• Cooling water (Closed cycle cooling): approx. 5 m3/h with12°C and 4 bar, dirt-filtered = 55 micron
• Steam: (only for machines which are sterilized) pure steam 2,5 bar, particle-filtered = 1 micron (DIN58950-7) consumption at sterilization: approx. 60 kg/h
• Dosing: time-pressure-dosing continuously adjustable for each single cavity with filling volumes between 50 ml and 2.000 ml
• Extrusion head: with automatic parison wall thickness control (PWTC) and exchangeable nozzles
• Extra and special equipment: Aseptic installation, dark-/white side separation, sterile filling space (SFS) class 100 with automatic steam sterilization, automatic insertion and isolator for inserts, explosion proof version, acid protection, Co-Extrusion and further options
