Bonfiglioli Pharma will be demonstrating their innovative fully validated PK-vis visual inspection machine at the Achema 2006 in Frankfurt. The PK-vis is an in line machine that will perform particle inspection, cosmetic inspection and Fill level inspection. This model may be designed to reach outputs from 140 cpm to 250 cpm and is fully computerised utilizing a SCADA HMI. It is equipped with a user friendly software which includes utilities such as several password levels, products database, statistical reports etc. A printer may also be installed for printing test results and parameters. Faulty containers will be automatically rejected. The machine is designed to be easily installed in existing production lines with a compact floor layout of 1.2m by 1.5m.The PK-vis can be designed as a combination machine which will also perform leak testing.
