Seidenader XS - automatic inspection for small batches

The Seidenader XS is an economical and user friendly machine for the inspection of particles in liquids, specially designed for small to midsize production applications. Both, moving and non-moving particles are detected with extremely high reliability.
The Seidenader XS uses light extinction or light scattering methods for particle inspection, depending on product and container type.

Standard inspection criteria:
Movingparticles, glass chips and fibres, nonmoving particles in the bottom of the container, underfill.

Optional inspection criteria:
Tipdefects in ampules, blackmarks in ampules, overfill, cap/crimpdefects in vials

Throughput rate up to 9000 units/h depending on product and container size.
