The STA-PP50 Series from Sekisui TA Industries, Inc. is a pneumatically controlled, uniform semi-automatic carton forming and filling station with easy set-up, reliable usage and 24-hour operation. Unlike carton forming and filling equipment that requires the operator to tilt the carton to close the minor flaps before forming, this system automatically prepares the boxes with the four bottom flaps folded into position.

A squaring rail assures perfect alignment of the carton every time. Once flaps are folded into position, the operator's hands are free to place the product into the carton, which can then be automatically transferred to a case sealer.

The STA-PP50 accommodates boxes from 7.87 to 25.59 inches long, 5.91 to 19.29 inches wide, and 4.72 to 19.69 inches high. Maximum case weight is 95 pounds, 80-100 psi, and 1-3 CFM is required for operation. The STA-PP65 performs the same functions and accommodates boxes from 11.81 to 29.53 inches long, 7.87 to 24.80 inches wide, and 4.72 to 23.62 inches high.
