CHATA And Distek, Inc. Announce Cross-Distribution Agreement

CHATA Biosystems, Inc. and Distek, Inc. recently announced that they have signed a cross-distribution agreement under which Distek will market and be the exclusive distributor of CHATA's pre-blended CHEM+NEC dissolution media used by pharmaceutical quality control and research laboratories in the US and Puerto Rico.

Under the agreement, CHATA also becomes a non-exclusive distributor of Distek's ezfill 4500 Dissolution Media Preparation Station, a compact and easy-to-use device for the rapid heating, de-aeration, and dispensing of dissolution media.

"The laboratory use of the ezfill 4500 with CHEM+NECT dissolution media allows the pharmaceutical scientist to improve cycle times by saving hours daily.
