Gruenberg introduces a custom conveyorized cooling tunnel that features two access doors, an operating temperature of 37°F, 842ft3 capacity, and vertical down airflow. The proprietary conveyorized cooling system reduces product surface temperature and uses a bi-flow accumulator at the exit to transfer the cooled product to a customer supplied multi-lane conveyor.
