The Clean In Place (CIP) FitzMill combines several Fitzpatrick exclusive technologies to provide a contained milling system for both the operation and cleaning steps of the milling process. During processing, the Product Containment System (PCS) contains the product in the milling chamber, preventing airborne dust from escaping into the atmosphere. After the processing, the mill needs to be cleaned in a contained manner.
