We understand your needs
If you have been involved with Clean In Place (CIP) in the past, you know that CIP is as important a consideration in the design of your process as the process itself. At Biokinetics, we understand that an effective CIP system is much more than just supplying a CIP skid or choosing the right detergent. We know that effective cleaning design begins with the earliest conception of your process. It affects many big picture design issues such as the number of floors in your building the relative location and elevation of equipment, mechanical areas, and process piping.
Simulation programs to determine your specific requirements
K-TOPS - We begin every CIP system design with proper hygienic design of your process equipment and piping. Then we determine the required cleaning regimen for your particular soil either through lab tests and through our combined experience. Using our K-TOPS simulation software, we identify the minimum number of CIP systems required to clean your facility and the optimum configuration of the skids and distribution piping. We also determine the detergent and water usage profiles so that these systems can be intelligently sized.
TRAX® - As we move into detailed design, our proprietary TRAX® software simulates the spray-ball cleaning pattern and ensures the proper spray nozzles and placement are selected. This ensures that subsequent riboflavin coverage tests meet your requirements. We can supply standard fixed or portable CIP skids or custom design a skid for your facility. For fixed systems, CIP distribution can be supplied through valve manifolds, transfer panels, or a combination of the two.
