Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Immersion Parts Washer

The Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) immersion washers are provided with turbulent circulation systems to clean the interior and exterior of a wide variety of parts with and without internal cavities. Cleaning cycles may be manual or automated. The machine is programmable for automated operation. Special internal fixtures may be provided to assist validatable cleaning procedures. Documentation for all equipment may include but is not limited to: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) report, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) report, IQ/OQ documentation, Functional Design Specification (FRS), Control Design Specification (HRS and SRS) and weld video record (boroscope inspection video).
