Clean Room Assembly

Granite State Manufacturing offers a full service turnkey clean room assembly and outsourcing solutions for a diverse profile of OEM's in laboratory automation, drug discovery, pharmaceutical testing and bioresearch industries. Current capacity includes three clean assembly rooms, a high bay clean assembly area, a class 1000 clean room and paint booth.

Services include:

• Elimination of erroneous findings due to static atmosphere particulate contaminants.
  
• Maintenance of the manufacturing environment through the continuous monitoring of particle counts.
  
• Professional monitoring of procedures and detailed data sheets.
  
• Support by in-house manufacturing processes including machining, welding and fabrication.
  
• Calibration and testing of discrete components, mechanical and electronic components, as required.

Engineering Capabilities:

• Review of Producibility of Technical Data Package (TDP)
  
• Concurrent Engineering Reviews of TDP
  
• Control of the TDP and Bill of Materials
  
• MRP II systems control all WIP, schedule, etc.
  
• ECO/ECR systems to manage any changes to the TDP
  
• Value engineering.
