Clean Room Conveyor Oven

Gruenberg introduces a clean room conveyor oven system used to precisely and consistently dehydrate pharmaceutical solutions that are dispensed into small pharmaceutical trays. Make up air and recirculated air is HEPA filtered to achieve a class 100 environment. The drying oven features a stainless steel construction, an operating temperature of 165°F, and a 47ft³ capacity. A vertical down airflow system with adjustable velocity is used for fine tuning of the process. The system consists of two eight-foot long oven modules with access hatches installed on the side of the oven for conveyor and chamber maintenance.
