Atec offers clean room lifting device (ALD) for the precise positioning of the process vessel to an isolator or RABS. The Atec clean room lifts are designed for handling operations in a clean room. The clean room lifts are used for stopper transfer and powder transfer for sterile filling, API transfer for formulation, and with container, drum, and bag positioning.

The Atec clean room lifts are designed for handling operations in a clean room.

Applications for the lifts are:

  • Stopper transfer for sterile filling
  • Powder transfer for sterile filling
  • API transfer for formulation
  • Container and drum positioning
  • Bag positioning

The lifts are especially designed for clean rooms with:

  • Stainless steel housing of all parts
  • Motors and sensors fully enclosed in housing
  • Moving joints sealed with o-rings

The precise positioning is achieved through rotational motion. Horizontal, vertical and also diagonal movements are possible.

The positioning of the lift can be:

  • Floor mounted
  • Ceiling mounted

The electrical cabinet can be integrated in the lift column, or installed separatly in a technical area.
