The LPX 9000, LPX 5000, and LPX 1000 series consist of cleanroom HVAC pressure sensors that are designed to monitor and control the ambient pressure within critical enclosures. Featuring +/-0.1% FS accuracy and 0.1%FS/year stability, the LPX 9000 series is suited for critical applications such as bio-hazardous or radioactive ones. With +/-0.25% FS accuracy and 0.3% FS/year stability, the LPX 5000 series is suited for applications such as semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturing. The LPX 1000 series offers +/-0.5% FS with 0.5% FS/year stability.
