COADE Updates CodeCalc Pressure Vessel Component Software

COADE, Inc. has released CodeCalc Version 6.40, an updated edition of its popular software for design and analysis of pressure vessel and heat exchanger components that incorporates the latest ASME Section VIII, Division 1, 2001 Addenda. Other enhancements include tailing lug analysis in the basering module, trunnion analysis and automatic WRC analysis on the trunnion, base plate design for vessel legs and static head input in the nozzle module. CodeCalc Version 6.40 adds split screen graphics, WRC 107 material database improvements (Div. 1 or Div. 2), pneumatic hydrotest calculations and simplified input for non-radial nozzles.
