Fluid Energy offers a variety of crushing, pulverizing and coarse grinding methods. We can handle material over 12" in size and we can customize our processes to maximize or minimize the production of fine material. In addition, a wide variety of screens are kept in inventory ranging from a top size of 3" to finer screen sizes such as 50, 60, 70 and 120 mesh.

For larger sized materials, Fluid Energy offers customers comprehensive options in mechanical milling applications. This equipment is utilized for processing very coarse particle specifications or pre-milling coarse feed prior to jet milling. Raw feed sizes may range from 6 inches X down and may be processed for particle sizes ranging from 10 to 400 mesh. Mechanical milling equipment includes:
