Coating Place, Inc. is a toll and equipment manufacturer specializing in Wurster fluid bed coating technology for the encapsulation of solid particulate materials such as powders, granules, and crystals. The company was founded by researchers from the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) in 1976. As the original Wurster Process patent holder, WARF focused exclusively on development of coating techniques using this patented technology. Coating Place management has been leading the industry in Wurster fluid bed coating technology for over 28 years.
