Contract Manufacturing of Sterile Injectables

We are able to produce up to 40 million units per annum and have the ability to do the following:

• Manufacture in batch sizes from sub 1 liter through to 200 liters (set to increase to 400 liters).
• Manufacture ampoules, vials and ophthalmics in a wide variety of fill volumes.
• Use automated filling equipment to aseptically fill both aqueous and oil based solutions under class 100 conditions and terminally sterilise.
• Have the capability to automatically or manually inspect products.
• Offer a variety of fully and semi-automated packaging lines for the full range of presentations.
• Biological and pharmaceutical fill/finish.
