Cozzoli's continuous-motion LF1240/S monoblock machine

For problem-free filling of unstable or small-necked containers, Cozzoli's continuous-motion LF1240/S monoblock machine offers in-line liquid filling and stoppering at speeds up to 300 containers per minute. The LF1240/S provides smooth, efficient container handling with feed-screw control as a walking-beam nozzle carrier travels in sequence with the vials, allowing bottom-up container filling.

This machine series features an integrated stoppering machine that incorporates an inclined rotary stoppering head. This rotary stoppering head is designed to reduce particulate generation and enhance laminar airflow effectiveness. There are no mechanisms over open containers, only the stoppering head as it places and inserts stoppers to the required depth. This machine provides full or partial stopper insertion.

The LF1240/S also incorporates Cozzoli's precision-honed filling syringes without O-rings or gaskets, avoiding a major source of product contamination. Cozzoli's sliding valve design technology enables products to be filled under positive head pressure.

The LF series has an all stainless steel exterior with a sealed solid stainless steel top plate designed to ensure the internal mechanism remains free of extraneous matter. All liquid contact parts are manufactured of 316L stainless steel and are easily removed for sterilizing or cleaning.

Production output determines the number of filling syringes required, the LF1240/S can be equipped with up to 12 syringes.
