CSI Completes Acquisition Of Chadwick Group

CSI has announced the completion of its acquisition of Chadwick Group of Morrisville, North Carolina. The combination of CSI and Chadwick creates a network focused on the needs of companies with hygienic processes. The acquisition brings additional focus on some of the industry's strongest brands including CSI, Alfa Laval, Wilden Pumps, Anderson Instruments Co. and others.

The company will begin executing the planned integration of the two companies' operations, networks, and customer care organizations to ensure a smooth transition and immediate service to their customers.

Management of the combined companies includes Mark Cook serving as President and CEO and Bud Watts serving as General Manager of CSI Chadwick.
