Case Study: Contractor Safety Management (CSM) At Major Pharmaceutical Facilities Expansion

In June of 2007, HazTek Inc. was contracted by a major pharmaceutical company to serve as the owner's representative in the safety oversight of a large demolition project at its Northern New Jersey facility. Within three weeks, our Contractor Safety Manager's responsibilities were expanded to include two additional demolition projects and delivery of their daily site-wide contractor orientation training program.

As our partnership has grown, our client has continued to increase our responsibilities at their Northern New Jersey site. In September 2007, they extended our contract with them to include their North Carolina facility where we oversee multiple projects in support of their facility improvement efforts.
