Topflight Corporatione is 2.2 mil highly metallized flexible vinyl film with a high shear, permanent, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on a polyester liner. The material is designed for decorative, consumer-oriented, indoor, printed primary labeling applications. A highly metallized, flexible plastic film, the material provides a mirror-bright silver substrate for the printing of labels for cosmetics, foods, beverages, packaged consumer goods, and over-the-counter health care products.

It is a 2.2-ml film delivered on a polyester release liner for high speed, automatic dispensing, and labeling systems. The company makes available a full line of dispensing and labeling machinery. The material is designed as an inexpensive, efficient and attractive labeling medium for applications in which consumer point-of-purchase impact is a consideration.

Solvent Resistance: resists mild acids and alkalis; good resistance to most petrochemical-based solvents
Water Stability: good
Dimensional Stability: fair (at temperatures above 180° F, disruption of metallization will occur)
Alcohol Resistance: good at average cosmetic strength
Service Temperature Range: -25° F (-31° C)-150° F (65° C)
Minimum optimum application temperature: 50° F (10° C)
Storage shelf life: two years stored at 70° F (21° C) and 50% R.H.
Delivery: delivered on rolls for automatic dispensing and applying
