We are a medical communications company that specializes in the production of educational materials for the pharmaceutical, biotech and scientific communities. Established in 1992 by John Decker, PhD and Susanne Galya, our office is located in northwest New Jersey. Our business is to design, produce and deliver customized communications solutions tailored to solve the training, educational and marketing challenges faced by each client.

Decker & Associates helps our clients to develop comprehensive goals and produce effective educational tools. Our productions meet and exceed communication objectives, utilize sound adult learning principles, and are carefully tuned to the needs and abilities of the end-user. Our curriculum designs routinely include effective ways of evaluating the outcomes of these educational tools. The quality and documentation of our projects ensures smooth sailing through our client's internal review and approval processes with the least amount of change.

With strong backgrounds in basic and clinical science, we are comfortable working in all therapeutic areas. We have added strengths in neurology, endocrinology and psychiatry, and have worked in some of the most challenging educational aspects of these specialties.
