Founded in 1968, Dedert Corporation has established a worldwide reputation as specialists in evaporation, solvent recovery and liquid/solid separation equipment. More than 1,200 installations worldwide demonstrate our advantage in custom design and engineering, high-quality construction and turnkey system installation. Our clients look to us for a broad range of equipment and services oriented toward higher productivity and energy efficiency, lower maintenance and longer equipment life. In addition to developing innovative new systems to satisfy these objectives, we also welcome opportunities to expand, upgrade and retrofit existing installations. Headquartered in Olympia Fields, Illinois (45 minutes south of Chicago's O'Hare International Airport), our staff is primarily composed of degreed chemical and mechanical engineers, plus an experienced technical support team.

Dedert Corporation has an excellent record for on-time delivery of equipment and information. Designs are developed on AutoCAD computer workstations, allowing direct interface with client CAD systems for easy review and revision. Internet e-mail and other means of electronic data exchange have reduced communications delays. State-of-the-art mechanical/thermal design software encourages sophisticated approaches and allows us to provide our customers quickly an engineered package containing flowsheets with material balance data, general arrangement drawings and equipment loading details. Early supply of this information speeds finalization of foundation, structural steel, and interconnecting piping layouts, thus expediting completion of the project.

We are experienced in all major U.S. and international manufacturing standards, including ASME, TEMA, AdMerkblatter, UDT, CODAP, and Stoomwezen, and hold USDA 3A qualification for dairy industry equipment.

Although our systems are predominantly stainless steel, we offer expertise in a variety of other corrosion resistant materials including titanium, high nickel alloys, rubber-lined steel, and fiberglass. WIth subsidiaries in Europe and having built equipment thoughout the world since 1969, we have long-standing relationships with U.S., Asian and European fabricators, some of whom have ISO 9001 certification. We invite your consideration for even the most exotic, remote and challenging projects.
