DELUMPER Crusher - Model 2020LP

The DELUMPER Crushers are designed to handle tough processing applications in the chemical, plastics, food and pharmaceutical industries. This unit features the proprietary LP series cutters to be used on hard or soft, heat sensitive, sticky or wet agglomerates or lumps. Sludge cakes, agglomerated chemicals, fats, waxes or solid waste are easily processed with this low friction cutter assembly.

The DELUMPER LP is provided with a one piece, seamless, uni-body housing. Two standard models are available in either carbon or polished stainless steel construction. The model 202OLP has an opening of 20"x 20". The extended cutter teeth rotate completely through a heavy bar cage, self-cleaning the slots with each rotation. Each tooth is built for precise balance, interchange ability and smooth operation. Teeth are typically mounted in a staggered pattern around a heavy shaft to assure smooth continuous operation, reduced power consumption and optimal feeding.
