PIPELINE DELUMPERS™

- a multi action processor that works, shreds, chops, mixes, disperses and suspends solids in fluids directly in fully enclosed pipe systems. It disintegrates tough objects, lumps, chunks, scale, plastics, chemicals, fats, filter cakeslabs, waxes, brittle, temperature sensitive, wet mucky or dry. This unit is fully self-cleaning. A high percentage of open air to stream flow assures minimal headloss even during power outages.

DELUMPER™ CRUSHERS - Are designed to handle a variety of tough applications in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. This line includes:

The DELUMPER™ S4 - an ultra sanitary crusher that has a smooth polished interior and filled-in corners. The unit has a removable side plate, which allows the complete internal mechanism, including the rotor with teeth, to slide out for easy maintenance and cleaning in place. A special seal protects from internal contamination.

The DELUMPER™ L series breaks up solids and lumps to basic grain size without overgrinding or heat rise. This unit has a smooth fully enclosed dust-tight body. Ultra compact design fits in extremely tight locations. Easy to maintain, assemble, and reassemble. Lumps up to full inlet opening size are handled. Optional screens can be provided.

The DELUMPER™ LP series features a non-churning, once thru crushing action. These units are provided with a seamless unit body housing in either stainless steel or carbon steel. The DELUMPER™ LP features an exceptionally low friction cutter design that provides excellent results on hard or soft, heat sensitive, sticky or wet agglomerates or lumps.

The TWIN LP reduces massive volumes of material to desired output size thru the interaction of two or more cutting shafts. Exceptionally smooth low speed operation provides dependable reduction while preserving the structure of sensitive materials.

TASKMASTER™ SHREDDERS feature a low speed, high torque counter-rotating mechanism. As the solids enter the cutting chamber they are pulled in by one of the cutter stacks and pierced, shredded and crushed. This extremely powerful machine reduces bulky corrugated packaging, crates, skids and drums. Bulk volume is reduced by up to 80%. It is excellent for reducing disposal cost or recycling of off-spec products.

SUPER SHREDDER™ inline processors finely shred tough solids such as sludge and wastewater with a high shear scissor-like cutting action. Unit features ultra high capacity, high torque, low speed operation.
