The Ultra-Sanitary Delumper S4 crushes and de-agglomerates dried powders or resinous materials to a free-flowing state in a clean room environment to meet the needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers.
It employs a smooth drum with integral teeth that rotate through stationary sizing combs. The mechanism self-cleans with each rotation. The interior is meticulously polished. Strict attention is paid to eliminating cracks or crevices in which product can accumulate or stagnate.
It is supplied with a removable side door and cantilevered drive. This facilitates easy interior access for fast cleaning of the unit. For thorough sanitizing the cutting drum is easily removable, as is the entire body.
