Demonstrating Effective Scaling Of Rapid Cycling Chromatography (RCC) With The Sartobind® Rapid A Platform

The processes to purify mAbs for therapeutic treatments are well-established in the market. Over the past decade, efforts to increase efficiency have been primarily upstream-focused. Due to resin cost and oversizing, the most expensive step in the mAb purification process is capture chromatography. In addition to the cost of this step, laborious column handling activities and time-consuming operation and preparation are reasons to re-imagine capture chromatography processes.
