Diaphragm Vacuum/Pressure Pump
- Oil-less design for low maintenance, clean operation
- Low cost and extreme reliability make this diaphragm pump ideal for general-purpose laboratory applications
- Also suitable for wire bonders, die bonders, scribers, breakers, probing stations and many other kinds of microelectronics manufacturing equipment
Oil-free and noiseless operation makes this motor-mounted unit one of the best suited vacuum pumps available for cleanroom environments.
It provides an effective vacuum for wire and die bonders, scribers, breakers, dicing saws and most other microelectronics manufacturing and testing equipment, as well as for a wide range of laboratory uses. The connecting rod in this pump is bonded to its bearing—not clamped, as in lighter duty pumps—to give it greater strength and durability under maximum work loads.
Maintenance is a breeze. Changing air filters is a 60-second screwdriver job. Installing the head assembly is a fool-proof operation: the non-symmetrical fastener pattern ensures that the head goes on correctly.
Output air is cool and oil-free, even at maximum duty. As ambient air enters and leaves the head, it never goes near the motor, where it might pick up heat and foreign matter. These cooler temperatures add to overall efficiency and service life.
Models are available for 115VAC and for 220/240VAC power, and include a thermotector, carrying handle, on/off switch, rubber feet, cord and hospital-grade plug. Pumps include two hose barb fittings, two regulators, and a 0-30" Hg vacuum gauge and a 0-60 psi pressure gauge.
