These sterile chemicals and disinfectants are designed for the Class 100 aseptic manufacturing area at pharmaceutical/biotechnology organizations worldwide. Steri-Water is a Sterile Purified Water, USP, designed for operations that demand the use of quality water and is necessary in areas such as chemical formulation, cleaning, rinsing, and many other applications.
We also sell Steris Corporation's Contamination Control/Disinfectant Products that are Quaternary Ammonium Chloride-Based, Phenolic-Based, or Sporicidal. Quats are low-level disinfectants that are effective against vegetative bacteria, are fungicidal and effective against lipid viruses. These products include Coverage Plus/NPD/Spray, Process NPD/QDS, and TBQ. Phenols are high-level disinfectants that are effective against pathogenic bacteria including m.tuberculosis, fungi, lipid/non-lipid medium and small-sized viruses. Micronova has introduced 'AqualHol' - a sterile blend of 70% Isopropanol in 30% Water for injection. Designed for use over gloves in critical and aseptic processing environments, AquaHol comes in 500 ml saddle pump bottles. These bottles are designed to be used with the 'Touch Free' Dispenser to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.
