Sotax Dissolution Testing Systems

The AT 7smart series of USP 1,2,5,6 Semi-automated Dissolution Testers, automate sampling or analysis. The AT 7smart dissolution systems are available in various On-line and Off-line systems to accomodate specific needs. The AT 7smart On-line is based on a combination bath-pump-spectrophotometer also named: UV Dissolution System. The AT 7smart Off-line is based on a combination bath-pump-fraction collector also named: Off line Dissolution System. SOTAX also offers an AT 7smart On/Off-line is based on a combination bath-pump-fraction collector-spectrophotometer

Both the Off-line and On-line dissolution systems can be upgraded to DOUBLE SYSTEMS: Double On-line, Double Off-line or Double On/Off-line: 2 baths, two pumps (or one peristaltic one) linked to the same UV and/or to the same fraction collector. The On-line and Off-line systems also use the patented Hollow Shaft Sampling™ eliminating the need for cannulas and manifolds. Automated Media addition, pH change, Offline with autosampler, On-line to a spectrophotometer, or On-line to an HPLC are available.
