Double Rotary Tablet Press With Front Controls :

The robust construction of the machine ensures smooth running even at a high speed. UNIK I FC, available in 'D', 'B' and 'BB' Tooling. It is equipped with all mandatory safety features. The machine is equipped with auto lubrication with timer & metering cartridges.

Salient Features :

Bi-Layer/Double Rotary :

Pitch Circle Diameter of the turret being large gives sufficient space between two die holes. Double Rotary gives Double Output, which can be converted to a Double/Bi- Layer Tablet Press with Single Output. (Optional)

Front Controls :

Four Easy to use & calibrated knobs to control Table Thickness & Tablet Volume of both the sides.

Auto Lubrication: MMI PLC can control Intermitted/Continuous Lubrication of moving parts such as worm drive, turret, pressure rolls etc.

Upper punch penetration :

To change the compression zone to suit product requirement or use die to its fullest depth.

Gravity Feeding & Force Feeder with AC inverter drive :

Easy Interchangeable with Force Feeder with AC Drive. Sticky Granules / Fine Granules / Difficult Granules need to be forced in to the die while filling. AC Inverter
