Dual Shaft Mixers
Ross Dual Shaft Mixers are an ecomonical alternative for the mixing and dispersion of viscous products. Vacuum and jacketed vessels are standard features of this design.
This line of Model CDA Dual Shaft Mixers is offered with an Anchor and a High Speed Disperser. Each agitator is independently driven by an inverter duty, explosion proof motor to enable its use for variable speed operation. This line of economical mixers is available in many sizes from 2 through 1000 gallons. Standard models include type 304 stainless steel wetted parts, jackets for heating and cooling, dual air/oil hydraulic lifts to raise and lower the agitators, and dished bottoms for complete discharge of the mixed materials. Options include thermocouples, a variety of discharge valves, etc.
Units are normally in stock for immediate sale or rental. A test unit is installed at the company’s Test and Development Center to permit verification of the Dual Shafts ability to mix a product to the client’s specifications. The mixers are suited for a wide variety of mixing and dispersion tasks for products having viscosities to several hundred thousand centipoise.
