encap systems, inc. is the exclusive North American Distributor for P+AM Pharmaceutical & Allied Machinery Company Limited, located in Bombay, India. One of the three engineering companies of the Associated Capsules Group, P+AM designed and introduced the first manual capsule-filling machine to the Indian market in 1971.

During the last 25 years, P+AM has expanded its product range from manual to semi-automatic to fully automatic capsule-filling machines capable of filling up to 90,000 capsules per hour. P+AM also manufactures a line of related machinery including machinery for sorting and polishing empty and filled capsules, for loading trays, for elevating capsules, etc.

The company has a 55% market share in the Indian market, selling to the top multinationals and leading Indian pharmaceutical companies. It is the only company in India manufacturing automatic encapsulating machines. P+AM also sells its machines worldwide, through exclusive distributorships.
