Jubilant HollisterStier (JHS) is proud to partner with groninger, a global leader in aseptic filling equipment, to support its Line 3 and Line 4 expansion projects. This collaboration is grounded in shared values—quality, innovation, continuous improvement, and speed to market. From planning to installation and ongoing support, groninger has been integral in helping JHS deliver high-quality sterile injectables and therapeutics to patients worldwide.

Early in the process, groninger invested time to understand JHS’s goals and challenges, enabling the selection of the integra, a fully integrated aseptic vial filling line with isolator technology. The integra line minimizes product loss, integrates in-process control (IPC) testing, and ensures efficient, high-quality production. JHS leadership toured groninger’s facilities in Germany and North Carolina to finalize equipment choices. Throughout manufacturing, groninger provided updates, testing transparency, and post-installation operator training at JHS’s Spokane site. Line 3 is now operational and serving clients, with Line 4 set to launch in 2026.

This partnership goes beyond equipment delivery—it includes lifecycle services like tech upgrades, maintenance, and collaborative problem-solving. Together, JHS and groninger modernize systems to expand capabilities across vaccines, biologics, and sterile injectables.

Both companies are also committed to workforce development. groninger offers apprenticeships in Charlotte, while JHS has launched a biomanufacturing certification program with Spokane Community College. The Line 3 and Line 4 expansions are expected to create 400 jobs locally.
