Combined Company Now the Global Leader in Materials Integrity Management Minneapolis, MN - Entegris, Inc. and Mykrolis Corporation announced today that the companies closed their merger early Saturday morning (effective 12:02 am EDT, August 6, 2005). Company officials say that the union of these two technology companies creates the world's largest materials integrity management company. The companies agreed to the merger on March 21, 2005, and shareholders of both companies approved it overwhelmingly on August 3, 2005.
