Neil Roche

Neil Roche is a Senior Global Technical Consultant for Enterprise System Partners. His particular areas of expertize are MES and serialization having gained more than 15 years’ experience implementing these solutions across several industries. He has over 8 years PAS-X experience across multiple versions. Neil's a background in manufacturing engineering and product introductions across multiple industries, provides a valuable insight into process requirements and overall project deliverables and priorities.
 

Liam O'Riordan

Liam O’Riordan is Serialization Director and Senior Consultant with Enterprise System Partners. He has over 25 years professional experience working across a range of industries. He is an experienced Program/Project Manager and System Architect with expertize in the design, development, testing and rollout of integrated systems (Including MES & serialization) to support manufacturing, packaging and supply chain - with particular focus on combating counterfeiting by using ePedigree, track & trace and serialization techniques. He has managed serialization projects in the electronics, mobile phone, automotive, medical device & pharmaceutical industries.

Janette Santana

Janette Santana is an MES & Automation Engineer with 10 years’ experience in life science industries. She has MES configuration and debugging experience as well as proficiency with Core and SA configuration verification. Along with her MES experience, Janette is certified in DeltaV automation system with experience in DeltaV configuration, testing, documentation, validation and troubleshooting in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries; from start-up project support to full production support. Other experience she has gained in those industries includes: phases and recipe configuration, support to operators, Software Test Plans development and Process Validation.

Baha Korkmaz

Baha Korkmaz is the Senior VP of Operations for North America for Enterprise System Partners, providing IT, MES, Automation, and Compliance consulting and engineering Services. He has 30 years of professional experience in the field. He has managed numerous Automation and MES projects, and has provided technical consulting services to leading life sciences companies. He has also managed batch manufacturing software development teams. Mr. Korkmaz is an active member of ISPE MES Special Interest Group, MESA, ISA S95 and S88 committees. He holds a Masters Degree in control systems engineering and is PMP certified.

Dr. Paul Murray

Dr. Paul Murray is a Senior Consultant for Enterprise System Partners (ESP).  He has specific expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS). He has over 15 years’ experience in the life science industry including staff positions with Johnson & Johnson and Amgen. He has managed several projects using this off-site MES work practice throughout his career including a number of projects for Pfizer Ireland. 

Kevin Henning

Kevin has over 12 years’ experience as an MES engineer and project manager for system integration projects.  He joined ESP in early 2012 and he is Regional Manager for the North Carolina team. He is responsible for business development in the area as well as continuing his work as Senior MES/Automation Engineer for the group. He has managed projects ranging from machine monitoring systems to batch systems to machine control to data acquisition. He has designed and developed custom software applications for production environments, as well as control systems for machines. He has first hand experience in project management and engineering of machine controls system integration, machine monitoring systems, SCADA systems, and plant floor systems.

Louise Garone

Louise Garone is a Consulting Principal Analytical Scientist with Enterprise System Partners (ESP). She has more than 20 years’ experience as an analytical biochemist with accumulated expertise across the New Biological Entity (NBE) product lifecycle. An additional focal point in her career has been on the implementation of systems and technology to improve biologics discovery, product development, and manufacturing through invention, innovation and productive change.  Working with ESP, she has consulted on transfer protocol design and execution, review of validated method performance, modernizing statistical analysis and recommendations to facilitate the progress of continuous improvement processes. She is a member of the American Chemical Society, the American Society of Mass Spectrometry, the Biophysical Society and the Protein Society.
