Since its creation in 1977, Ethypharm has developed or acquired 15 different technology platforms. Originally, Ethypharm expertise was based mainly on oral formulations, but nowadays the company is extending to injectable, transdermal and lung delivery systems via its subsidiaries.

Ethypharm not only applies its drug delivery technologies to New Chemical Entities but also to non-patent-protected drug compounds in order to develop highly innovative Drug Delivery products.

Ethypharm is involved in development including feasibility, scale-up, clinical and pharmacokinetic testing, registration, and manufacturing.

Ethypharm technologies have been used to develop 50 products since 1977.
